What we collect

• If you email us: your name, email address, firm name, and whatever you include in your message. That's it — this site has no forms, no accounts, and no tracking pixels of ours.
• For checks and reports: we analyze publicly available information about your firm — directory profiles, reviews, and what AI assistants say about your market. Nothing private.

How we use it

• To respond to you, prepare your check or report, and — if you become a client — deliver the service.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, ever.

Outreach email

If you received a cold email from us, it was sent to a publicly listed business address, includes our postal address, and every message carries a working opt-out. Reply "unsubscribe" once and you will never hear from us again.

Data retention & deletion

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it's operationally useful. Want your data deleted? Email daniel@namedly.online and it will be removed within 30 days.

Third parties

This site is hosted on Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts; both may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type) per their own privacy policies.
